Asociación Transdisciplinar REVERSO is a non-profit organization created in 2006, on the basis of the activity developed since 2000 under the name Reverso Project by one of its founders, Jaime del Val. Reverso is a pioneering entity in the convergence of arts, technologies, critical thinking and social action promoting critical creative practices around the body and perception in response to the new technologies of control at the start of the XXIst Century. Its projects have been widely presented in universities, festival, museums and other venues across Europe, South and North America, Africa and Asia. Reverso coordinates the Metabody Project and the International Metabody Forum and develops the Metatopia intra-active environments.

METABODY Institute is a non-profit organisation created in 2017 as sustainability measure for the Metabody EU project which initiated in 2013, and has amongst its ends to promote transdisciplinary practices in the arts, theory, technology and the social which promote visions and possibilities for plural, open worlds and contestable futures. The Institute promotes creative and critical responses to current tendencies of digital culture to reduce the body and corporeal communication to calculable patterns, erasing diversity and inducing control. The Institute proposes to reinvent techologies involving a more complex corporeality highlighting plurality and defying control.

Jaime del Val is meta-media artist, philosopher, meta-/performer and activist, director of Reverso, coordinator of the METABODY Project, Forum and Institute.  and promotor of the Matetopia environments. Jaime del Val develops transdisciplinary projects in the convergence of arts, technologies, critical theory and activism, proposing redefinitions of embodiment, perception, sexuality and affects that challenge the ontological foundations of contemporary control society.
