Documentation, Communication and Dissemination Directory
Communication has been done through 18 events associated to the 18 labs and 8 forums, each one including, mailing, social media posts, press release, website information, posters and flyers, as well as 5 full booklets with around 60 pages each, 4 of them printed. Over 25 posters and flyers have been printed for the events, mostly in rural Salamanca and Lesvos. Focus has been both on general audience and on the specialised communities featuring the mailings and social media of the partners: mainly artists and academic communities. Every event has been disseminated in mailing lists and newsletters covering 1,500 to 3,500 listed people from the international artistic and academic milieu. Over 120 social media posts have been done, with estimated over 10,000 visualizations. Press releases have resulted in 6 appearances in Spanish national and regional press and in Greek National TV and online press, reaching out to hundreds of thousands of audience.
Dissemination has consisted on the one hand on the conference-type events focusing on theory, disseminating the project’s research in the academic and research community, as has also been the case of the extensive theory publications. On the other some labs, such as those for people with disabilities have also disseminated the project results with specific end user communities, another lab disseminated the projects toolkit with an ecovillage community, and the events in Toulouse have disseminated the project’s toolkit with the community of artists from dance, theatre and performance.
Documentation has been extensive and beyond the foreseen, with over 18 galleries with over 1.000 pictures and over 49 videos, 14 of them containing full conference sessions with multiple talks per video. The MFF conferences have been hybrid or online, so that 5 entire conferences with over 200 speakers are available online. More video and photo materials remain to be published. The events have been documented with over 18 galleries containing over 1.100 pictures, and over 49 videos, 14 of them containing multiple talks from the conferences, summing around 4.000 visualizations. The Labs and forums have hosted and presented 9 artistic productions and 3 exhibitions, documented in the catalogue.
